In arranging Flights to help get Canadians to getting better, we rely on the generosity of many of the nation's airlines and hundreds of Volunteer Pilots. But there are still taxes, security fees, airport improvement costs, fuel levees and administration expenses to cover. That’s where you can help. Your Adopt A Flight donation of $125 per Flight can cover these costs and contribute to the price of flying a child or adult to the medical care they deserve.
