Bio – Darlene K. Hyde, MBA, APR, ICD.D

Ms. Hyde is a Principal with the Osborne Group. She has had extensive experience as a senior executive in a number of industry sectors, crown corporations and not-for-profit organizations across Canada, including the Insurance Corporation of BC, TransAlta Corporation and Bell Canada.

She also has wide-ranging experience serving on both corporate and not-for-profit boards where she helps CEOs/Executive Directors build better governance practices, improve their communications processes and fundraise. Along with being a Director of Hope Air, Ms. Hyde’s current and past experience on boards includes Westminster Savings Credit Union, Mercado Capital Corporation, Justice Institute of BC Foundation, Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation, Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of BC and the Traffic Injury Research Foundation.
