Bio – George Mohasci

Mr. Mohacsi joined ForestersTM in September 2002 and was appointed President and CEO in March 2005. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Unity Life of Canada, and is a Director of Forester Life (UK), FESCO (a U.S. Broker Dealer), and FFP (a U.S. Independent Marketing Organization). He has previously held senior executive positions at Zurich Life Canada, Royal Sun Alliance Financial and Crown Life.

A graduate of University of Toronto with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Mohacsi is a member of the Board of Directors of Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA), a member of the Children's Miracle Network Board of Governors and has served for many years as a fundraising volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and several other organizations.
