Bio – Jim Danahy

Mr. Danahy is CEO of CustomerLAB, a professional services firm specializing in operational productivity and turnaround for health care, retail and consumer goods organizations.

Before establishing CustomerLAB in 1994, Mr. Danahy held senior executive roles with several Fortune 100 and TSX 300 companies serving public and private sectors. In addition to his passionate commitment to Hope Air, he is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and sits on several industry and community Boards. He has advised the management teams and Boards of VHA Homecare Services, PAS-CAN Postpartum Adjustment Services, MedX Health, Community Social Planning Council of Toronto and MedVisit Doctor’s Housecall Service. Mr. Danahy lectures at several colleges, universities and industry regulatory bodies. Extensive work and travel in rural parts of every Canadian province and territory has given him a first-hand appreciation of the critical importance of Hope Air’s mission. Mr. Danahy holds a Bachelors degree from Ryerson University.
