Bio – Keith Wellon

Mr. Wellon was most recently Executive Vice President, ENMAX Corporation and President of ENMAX Power (Calgary). His 30 years of experience in the energy sectors includes Imperial Oil, Newfoundland Power (Fortis) and Superior Propane. He also oversaw the development of a start-up business, growing it to become one of the largest vertically integrated manufacturers within its industry sector in Canada, with international sales and ownership.

Mr. Wellon has been a Board member of 20 organizations in education, health, sport, tourism & cultural sectors. He is currently on the Boards of Agape Hospice in Calgary, Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra Foundation in St John’s and Streetlight Intelligence Inc. (a public technology company) in Victoria BC. He has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, is a certified graduate (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors program and is a registered member (P. Eng.) of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
