Bio – Phil Sproul

Mr. Sproul has worked in the travel industry for 25 years. He started in 1984 with CP Air and has held various positions in marketing and sales throughout a 13 year period in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. After leaving Canadian Airlines, he worked for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, American Airlines as Managing Director for Canada and VP of Sales and Customer Experience at Air Canada Vacations for 4 years. He now runs the largest network of independent travel agents across Canada as President of Travel Professionals International.

Mr. Sproul has participated in three previous boards: the Travel Industry Counsel of Ontario (TICO), the Canadian Association of Tour Operators (CATO) and the Yellowbird Foundation helping countries throughout the Caribbean build schools and teaching facilities for children in need.
