A young boy regains his hearing...
At 11 months, Seth Thomas was diagnosed with profound hearing loss that required specialized care. The challenge for this northwestern Ontario family was getting Seth Thomas to his appointments in Toronto at SickKids Hospital. Hope Air, the national charity that arranges free flights for Canadians who are in financial need and must travel to healthcare, worked to get Seth Thomas to the help he needed, without a 23 hour drive – each way!“Without Hope Air, we would not have been able to make our appointments, closing the door on the chance for my son to hear and speak normally. We will be forever grateful!” says Seth Thomas’s mom.
